The acquisition and growth of the Gordon Biersch brand over the last decade has brought the company to its current size of 36 restaurants located in 18 states across the United States. At the core of the company's philosophy is a passion to produce and deliver the highest-quality and freshest products. Made-from-scratch menu items and fresh, on-site brewing illustrate the company's dedication to this principle.
Other brands operated by the Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group include Big River Grille and Brewery, Rock Bottom Restaurant Brewery, Seven Bridges Grille and Brewery, AlA Ale Works and Ragtime Tavern and Seafood Grill. While these brands feature a variety of unique menu items and decor packages, they all share the same commitment to quality and freshness.
A Fresh Experience
This shared commitment extends to the manner in which all of the Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group brands operate and market their restaurants
within individual communities. As good neighbors, these restaurants naturally
involve themselves in community events including charities, festivals
and tasting events. Also of importance is the manner in which relationships
are built and encouraged with guests. Guests are encouraged to sign-up
for an E-mail program where twice a month they are contacted regarding
upcoming events including tapping parties and brewer dinners. To further
build loyalty, the Passport program allows guests to earn points each
time they visit. With close to 50,000 members, the program has been a
tremendous success in recognizing our most cherished guests. The company
recently celebrated the first guest to pass 20,000 points. Additionally,
the restaurants feature private dining spaces that have proven to be perfect
settings for special occasions ranging from business meetings to rehearsal
dinners.

When it comes to the Gordon Biersch brewing process, nobody puts more effort
into adhering to the highest quality standards. Gordon Biersch strictly
brews, unlike 90% of the brewery restaurant industry that brew ale beers.
Furthermore, Gordon Biersch follows the stringent guidelines of Reinheitsgebot(Rine-HEIGHTS-g(shwaw)boat),
the 1516 German Purity Law which mandates the use of only malt, hops,
water and yeast in the brewing process.
